Problems solved by technology

Since the hydraulic drive is realized by relying on the hydraulic pump to input high-pressure oil into the oil cylinder through the high-pressure oil pipe, and then drive the piston rod that cooperates with the oil cylinder to move, the hydraulic oil has been working under very high pressure, which will cause the temperature of the hydraulic oil to be significantly higher. If the temperature of the hydraulic oil is too high, the pressure will drop, the hydraulic oil will oxidize and deteriorate, the solenoid valve will burn out, and even the entire hydraulic system will fail and cause immeasurable losses (many safety accidents in the construction process that's how it's generated)

Abstract

The invention relates to a high-pressure fuel pipe for a hydraulic system with a self cooling device, comprising a metal fuel pipe. An elastic pipe sleeve is sleeved at an external surface of the metal fuel pipe. A semicircular groove is arranged at an inner wall of the elastic pipe sleeve. The elastic pipe sleeve is in interference fit with the metal fuel pipe. The elastic pipe sleeve tightly surrounds the external surface of the metal fuel pipe. A cooling pipe nipple with half-round or crescent section is inserted in the semicircular groove at the inner wall of two ends of the elastic pipe sleeve. The cooling pipe nipple is in interference fit with the outer wall of the metal fuel pipe and the elastic pipe sleeve and no gap exists. An outer end of the cooling pipe nipple is connected with a cooling center through a pipeline. By utilizing the invention, hydraulic oil of the hydraulic system can run at a lower temperature, thus guaranteeing the normal operation of the whole hydraulic system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a high-pressure oil pipe for a hydraulic system, in particular to a high-pressure oil pipe for a hydraulic system with a self-cooling device. Background technique [0002] Hydraulic drive has the advantages of large driving force, convenient control, good flexibility, and simple equipment structure, so it is widely used in construction machinery, material processing machinery, packaging machinery, food and medical treatment and other fields. Since the hydraulic drive is realized by relying on the hydraulic pump to input high-pressure oil into the oil cylinder through the high-pressure oil pipe, and then drive the piston rod that cooperates with the oil cylinder to move, the hydraulic oil has been working under very high pressure, which will cause the temperature of the hydraulic oil to increase significantly. If the temperature of the hydraulic oil is too high, the pressure will drop, the hydraulic oil will oxidize and deterior...
