The invention relates to a PABX-based intelligent broadcast device, which comprises N paths of circuits connected with a private automatic branch exchange (PABX), wherein the N paths of circuits are connected with a speaker audio switch (PAS) through the private automatic branch exchange (PABX); the speaker audio switch (PAS) outputs a signal to connect an amplifying equipment matrix (AMP); and the amplifying equipment matrix (AMP) outputs audio power to connect a loudspeaker switch (DS). The PABX-based intelligent broadcast device has the advantages that: operators of each post utilize any authorized telephone within a region to dial certain group of phone number set and pointed by programs so as to realize functions such as broadcasting to find people, broadcasting information, production communication, fire-fighting alarm, emergent broadcast and the like of the corresponding region; and after the authorized telephones are used and hung up, public resources are quickly returned to asystem under the control of a PLC so that other personnel can occupy the public resources. The PABX-based intelligent broadcast device has simple and clear system architecture, convenient use and small daily maintenance.
