Through the design, two water circulation passages are formed on the torch head and the torch body, wherein the inner liner pipe, the inner water division pipe and the conductive seat copper head form the first water circulation passage to reduce the temperature and dissipate the heat of the torch body and the torch head; and the external pipe, the external water division pipe and the burner copper head form the second water circulation passage to further reduce the temperature and dissipate the heat of the torch body and the torch head.
