Intelligent temperature control device for electric oven

The invention provides an intelligent temperature control device for an electric oven. The device has the functions of zero-point detection, automatic correction of various measurement errors, digital filtering, self diagnosis and power-down protection. The device comprises four modules and an electric oven, wherein the four modules are composed of a main control module, a temperature detection module, a temperature control module and a man-machine interface module. Firstly, the temperature of the electric oven is detected by a temperature sensor and then converted into a millivolt voltage signal. Meanwhile, the temperature is compared with a preset temperature, and a control variable is figured out according to a preset control algorithm.
