Abstract

The invention relates to a method for quickly detecting and analyzing components of canine cat urinary calculi, which is characterized in that a simple quick qualitative chemical analysis method is used for determining the components of the canine cat urinary calculi. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing various reagents used for quickly analyzing the components of the canine caturinary calculi; 2, cleaning a collected calculi sample, drying the calculi sample at the room temperature, grinding the calculi sample into powder in a mortar, then taking 20 to 50 milligrams of thecalculi powder and averagely putting the calculi powder into 5 glass tubes to test the components of carbonate, phosphate, uric acid, calcium and ammonium contained in the canine cat urinary calculi;and 3, analyzing and determining the test result: determining the components of the calculi according to whether the tested ions are positive, wherein when the phosphate, the ammonium and magnesium in the calculi sample are positive, the calculi is determined as magnesium ammonium phosphate calculi; and if when the oxalate and the calcium are positive, the calculi is determined as calcium oxalatecalculi. The method is scientific, reasonable, simple in operation, quick in detection and analysis, high in efficiency and low in cost, and provides a precondition for the effective prevention and treatment of canine cat urolithiasis.
