The forward error correction coding method comprises the steps of filling stuffing materials in messages according to a preset code rule, dividing the messages which are filled with the stuffing materials into a plurality of data blocks with the same length, removing the stuffing materials from the data blocks according to the code rule and a redundancy correcting block generated from the data block, respectively confirming a cyclic redundancy check value of the redundancy correcting block and the data block without stuffing materials, adding the cyclic redundancy check value into the corresponding redundancy correcting block and the data block without stuffingmaterials, forming a forward error correction code by the redundancy correcting block and the data block without stuffing materials, creating a data frame according to the forward error correction code and sending the data frame to a receiving end, wherein the data frame comprises a frame header, the forward error correction code and a frame end.
