Abstract

The composition contains the following ingredients in portion by weight: 15-30 portions of radix puerariae, 15-30 portions of rhizoma coptidis, 15-30 portions of radix scutellariae, 15-30 portions of phellodendron, 15-30 portions of rhubarb, 15-30 portions ofChinese pulsatilla root, 15-30 portions of sanguisorba, 15-30 portions of alisma orientale, 15-30 portions of radix paeoniae alba, 30-40 portions of myrobalan and 2-5 portions of ofloxaction. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting the Chinese medicinal materials in proportion in water for decocting; standing and collecting supernatant and then concentrating until a relativedensity of the supernatant is 1.0-1.3; then adding alcohol aqueous solution, wherein the volume percentage concentration of the alcohol aqueous solution is 50-80; standing for 24 hours, collecting the filtrate as well as recycling and concentrating the alcohol; and adding the ofloxaction into the concentrated liquid.
