The invention discloses a sending method and equipment of physical uplink channel data. The method comprises: determining the physical uplink channel number which needs to simultaneously send data for the user equipment in the same time slot; when determining the physical uplink channel number is determined to be larger than a threshold value, determining the priority of each physical uplink channel according to physical uplink channel performance, wherein the threshold value is the maximum value of the number of the physical uplink channel which permits to simultaneously send data; and according to the priority, sending the data on the physical uplink channel of which the number is same with the threshold value. The invention can cause the terminal to satisfy the rule of the 3GPP physical layer protocol to ensure that the number of the physical uplink channel which is simultaneously sent does not exceed the threshold value, simultaneously limits peak-to-mean ratio, lowers terminal realization complexity and lowers terminal cost.
