The allocating method comprises the following steps: describing road network information and presenting digitization; establishing impedance functions of the comprehensive travel; searching K pieces of gradual short paths by the OD relative distance and calculating the comprehensive travel impedance value of practicable paths; judging the path effectiveness and calculating the path passenger flow sharing proportion based on the comprehensive travel impedance; considering the correction of the transferring and the crowding degree on the path passenger flow sharing proportion; calculating the allocating proportion; and finishing the allocation of the freight. The freight allocating method can guarantee the total income from the track transportation system to be equally distributed according to the contribution of all operational entities and guarantees the interdependence relation of all elements in the system operation value chain thereof.
