Embodiment Construction

[0034] The present invention will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0035] The preparation method process of the efficient phenol-reducing halophilic bacteria provided by the invention is as follows figure 1 As shown, the details are as follows:

[0036] (1) Preparation of high-efficiency phenol-reducing halophilic bacteria source.

[0037] Take the wastewater or sludge 500-1000 meters away from the oilfield wastewater discharge outlet as the bacterial source, and use the beef extract peptone medium with a NaCl content of 10-100g / L as a gradient culture to domesticate and screen out well-growing halophilic bacteria. And the halophilic bacteria screened in the medium with NaCl content of 60g / L was used as the bacterial source for screening high-efficiency phenol-reducing halophilic bacteria. The high-efficiency phenol-reducing halophilic bacteria source is stored in cold storage.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation of efficient phenol-degrading halophilic bacteria and an application thereof, belonging to the technical field of treatment of waste water and sewage. In the invention, halophilic bacteria in the sewage or sludge are taken as a bacteria source; a gradient domestication method is adopted to screen efficient phenol-degrading halophilic bacteria which have strong degradation capability, can adapt to higher salt concentration and can grow well by taking phenol as the sole carbon source in the phenol-containing waste water with the salt content of 5-6% and thephenol concentration of 100-500mg/L; under the environment of high salt and high phenol, the phenol-degrading performance of the mycelium has obvious advantages over that of the traditional activatedsludge method. The strain can be applied to phenol-degrading treatment of waste water to determine the optimal water power retention time and the optimal bacteria input amount and batch processing time, and the operational conditions can be optimized through orthogonal experiments. The screening of the efficient phenol-degrading halophilic bacteria has high application value, and can provide a reference for the removal of phenol in the oil extraction waste water and the industrial treatment of the phenol-containing wastewater with high content of salt in petrochemistry industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of industrial wastewater treatment, and in particular relates to a complex strain of halophilic bacteria capable of efficiently degrading phenol under high salt concentration. Background technique [0002] Phenol is an important chemical raw material, and it is also a kind of protoplasmic poison, which has a poisonous effect on all living individuals and can cause protein coagulation, which is very harmful to human beings. Long-term drinking of phenol-contaminated water can cause chronic cumulative poisoning. Even if the concentration of phenol in drinking water is only 0.002mg / L, it will affect human health; when the concentration of phenol is only 0.02mg / L, disinfection with chlorine can produce chlorine Phenolic odor. Phenol is toxic to aquatic organisms and crops. When the water contains 0.1-0.2mg / L of phenol, the fish will have a bad smell and cannot be eaten; if the concentration increases to 1mg / L, i...
