Abstract

The invention provides a small-power motor with an internal air-cooling system. The motor comprises a rotary shaft, a rotor, a stator, an end cover and a machine base, wherein the rotor is provided with a rotor iron core and internal fan blades extended outward from the end part of the rotor along the axial direction; and the stator is provided with a stator iron core and a stator winding, wherein the end part of the stator winding is wound around the internal fan blades of the rotor. The motor is characterized in that: the axial outer ends of the internal fan blades are connected with a surface of revolution of the rotary shaft. Due to the adoption of the design, the air efficiency of the internal fan is improved, and all circulation air flow is made to pass through the end part of the rotor winding, so that the temperature rise of the motor winding is lowered, and the structure is simple and the cost is low.
