This invention provides a pet drying box air outlet structure and a pet drying box itself. The pet drying box air outlet structure includes a drying box body, a volute fan, and a heating structure. The volute fan and the heating structure are both installed in the hot air outlet chamber, with the heating structure installed downstream of the volute fan. The guide chamber and the hot air outlet chamber are connected by a ventilation plate. After the volute fan generates air, the heating structure raises the air temperature to form hot air.
