The invention relates to an
epoxy resin composite material for offshore wind
turbine equipment insulation and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of offshore wind
turbine equipment insulation materials. The preparation method of the
epoxy resin composite material for offshore wind
turbine equipment insulation comprises the following steps: performing
plasma treatment on nano MgF2, dispersing the treated nano MgF2 in an activating solution to obtain a MgF2 dispersion liquid, and then adding an initiator and
styrene for
grafting reaction to obtain modified MgF2; and dissolving the modified MgF2 in a
solvent to obtain a premixed solution, dispersing the modified
epoxy matrix in the premixed solution, adding the curing agent and the
accelerant, uniformly stirring, defoaming, curing, cooling and demolding to obtain the high-performance epoxy resin. The
epoxy resin composite material for offshore wind turbine equipment insulation is excellent in hydrophobicity and insulativity, high in
interface bonding strength and capable of adapting to the severe operation environment of offshore wind turbine
wind power high humidity, high salt mist and strong vibration; the insulating material can be used for core insulating parts such as a
new energy offshore wind turbine cabin high-
voltage bus insulating support, a hub motor insulating bush and a
submarine cable terminal insulating sealing element.
