Abstract

The system comprises a high-level switch, a low-level switch, a pressure sensor in a clutch line and a vehicle control system. On the one hand, the vehicle control system plugs 5V input power into the high-level switch and the low-level switch, provides reference voltage to the pressure sensor in the clutch line and simultaneously acquires the output voltage of the high-level switch and the low-level switch through a digital signal acquisition port; the output signal values of the high-level switch and the low-level switch are 1 or 0; on the other hand, the vehicle control system acquires the output voltage of the pressure sensor in the clutch line through an AD sampling port andcalculates corresponding pressure in the clutch line by checking the characteristic diagram of the sensor.
