The handheld endoscope comprises an endoscope handle, an adjustable endoscope body and a disposal casing; the endoscope handle can be separated or combined with the endoscope body; the endoscope body with different radial angles can be replaced at any time according to the requirement; and the casing is disposable, so that the endoscope is free from being especially disinfected without the risk of cross infection and can be used at any time. Hot air current is led to the front end of the casing and sprayed to the outer surface of a glass sheet, and meanwhile, the surface temperature of the endoscope body is consistent with the temperature of human body by using the heat generated by an electrothermal film, so that the invention plays a role of eliminating a fog layer.
