event data, an affected interval is determined, and local rescheduling is performed; in a preset abnormal scheduling situation, an original reception position of a corresponding patient is converted into a heritable seat object, and a target patient is screened to inherit the original reception position; meanwhile, compensation control is performed according to patient order adjustment, an updated calling number sequence is generated, and a scheduling result is written back. Through the above mode, the stability of outpatient queuing scheduling, the
