Embodiment 1

[0036] Dry the cellulose acetate and chitosan in a vacuum desiccator until there is no moisture in the material, and store them in the desiccator for later use.

[0037] Take 95g of cellulose acetate and 5g of lecithin and add them to 400mL of double-distilled solvent dioxane, put them in an oven, dissolve them at a constant temperature of 60°C until they are evenly mixed, and prepare lecithin / cellulose acetate liquid for later use.

[0038] Add 1.4g of cellulose acetate and 0.6g of chitosan into 500mL solvent acetone to dissolve into a thin film solution.

[0039] Sonicate the prepared lecithin / cellulose acetate solution for 0.5 to 1 hour, and pour it into a dripping device. The dripping device consists of a glass tube with a diameter of 50 mm and a height of 1 m at the upper end, and a tube bottle with a volume of 2 L at the lower end. The non-solvent formed by the upper layer of liquid paraffin and the lower layer of distilled water / ethanol is placed in the tube bottle. Th...

Embodiment 2

[0043] After the cellulose acetate and chitosan are dried in a vacuum desiccator, they are stored in the desiccator for future use.

[0044] Take 90g of cellulose acetate and 10g of lecithin and add them to 400mL of distilled solvent dioxane, put them in an oven at a constant temperature of 60°C to dissolve until they are evenly mixed, and prepare lecithin / cellulose acetate liquid for later use.

[0045] Add 2.8g of cellulose acetate and 1.2g of chitosan into 500mL solvent acetone to dissolve into a thin film solution.

[0046] Ultrasound the prepared lecithin / cellulose acetate solution for 0.5 to 1 hour, and pour it into the dripping device. The dripping device consists of a glass tube with a diameter of 50mm and a height of 1m at the upper end, and a tube bottle with a volume of 2L at the lower end. The non-solvent formed by the liquid paraffin in the upper layer and the mixed solution of distilled water / ethanol in the lower layer is placed in the mouth bottle. The liquid d...

Embodiment 3

[0050] After the cellulose acetate and chitosan are dried in a vacuum desiccator, they are stored in the desiccator for future use.

[0051] Take 95g of cellulose acetate and 5g of lecithin and add them to 400mL of distilled solvent dioxane, put them in an oven at a constant temperature of 60°C to dissolve until they are evenly mixed, and prepare lecithin / cellulose acetate liquid for later use.

[0052] Add 1.4g of cellulose acetate and 0.6g of chitosan into 500mL solvent acetone to dissolve into a thin film solution.

[0053] Sonicate the prepared lecithin / cellulose acetate solution for 0.5 to 1 hour, pour it into the liquid storage device, and under the pressure of 0.2 MPa nitrogen, the membrane liquid enters the coagulation bath water through the spinneret to complete the phase transformation, forming a diameter of 0.5 mm of fibrous composite enrichment material. Then vacuum-dry until there is no free water molecule, immerse in the above thin film solution, take out and ev...

Abstract

The invention relates to a lecithin/acetate composite enrichment material with a chitosan/acetate surface coating. The lecithin/acetate composite enrichment material comprises a lecithin/acetate composite substrate and the chitosan/acetate surface coating decorated on the surface of the composite substrate, wherein the lecithin/acetate composite substrate comprises 5 to 20% by weight of lecithin and 80 to 95% by weight of acetate; and the chitosan/acetate surface coating comprises 30 to 50% by weight of chitosan and 50 to 70% by weight of acetate. In the invention, the composite enrichment material is prepared to a ball-shaped, fibre-shaped and flat film or a pipe-shaped film. The composite enrichment material is mainly applied to pre-enrichment and removal of hydrophobic toxic organic pollutants in water body, in particular the pre-enrichment and the removal of hydrophobic persistent organic pollutants proposed in the Stockholm convention.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental monitoring and pollution control, and relates to an enrichment material, in particular to a lecithin / acetate fiber composite enrichment material. The surface of the lecithin / cellulose acetate composite enrichment material is treated with chitosan / cellulose acetate coating, and is used for pre-enrichment and removal of toxic organic pollutants in the environment. Background technique [0002] The Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants in 2001 kicked off the global reduction and phase-out of persistent organic pollutants. From May 4th to 8th, 2009, the Fourth Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention was held in Geneva, agreeing to reduce and ultimately ban the use of nine toxic chemicals. So far, the number of POPs has increased to 21. This makes the task of reducing POPs even more severe. [0003] In terms of environmental monitoring, the concentration of persis...
