Abstract

The invention discloses a method for evaluating functions of a land patrol vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: establishing evaluation criteria comprising patrol navigation positioning, on-site inspection for obtaining evidence, information management and data communication, setting an evaluation criteria weight of a land patrol vehicle system by using a hierarchy analysis method, and then determining a score value of the evaluation criteria by using a Delphi method so as to obtain a quantization value of evaluating the functions of the land patrol vehicle. The invention realizes functional quantization and evaluation of the land patrol vehicle, and provides the method combining the hierarchy analysis method and the Delphi method to digitalize a functional evaluation result so that deviation caused by man-made subjective assume can be reduced and the evaluation result is more scientific and reasonable, closer to the reality and more objective and intuitive.
