[0029] Experimental example 1. the effect of substrate of the present invention on the growth and development of celery seedlings

[0030] Ventura was selected as the test material, and the seeds were purchased from the seed sales department of the Vegetable and Flower Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

[0031] Huaduoduo No. 1 (N-P 2 o 5 -K 2 O=20-20-20), Huaduoduo 8 (N-P 2 o 5 -K 2 O=20-10-20) Water-soluble quick-acting fertilizer was purchased from Beijing Dahan Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd.

[0032] The experiment was carried out in the solar greenhouse of the Vegetable and Flower Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Celery seeds were sterilized by soaking in warm water at 48°C for 30 minutes, then soaked in warm water (28°C) for 12 hours, and finally placed in a Φ15 petri dish covered with double-layer filter paper for germination at variable temperatures (20°C / 10°C, 12h / 12h). On March 28, seeds th...

[0036] Experimental example 2. the influence of substrate of the present invention on the root system activity of celery seedling

[0037] Ventura was used as the test material, and the seeds were purchased from the seed sales department of the Vegetable and Flower Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

[0038] The experiment was carried out in the solar greenhouse of the Vegetable and Flower Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The celery seeds were soaked and sterilized and then germinated at variable temperatures (20°C / 10°C, 12h / 12h). On April 2, seeds that germinated uniformly were selected and planted into 72-hole plug trays, and the seedling raising substrates and fertilization methods of each treatment were the same as in Experimental Example 1.

[0039] On June 10, the root system of celery seedlings was taken out, and the root system activity was measured by the method of triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC)...

[0041] Experimental example 3. the effect of substrate of the present invention on the output of celery seedling field planting

[0042] Ventura was selected as the test material, and the seeds were purchased from the seed sales department of the Vegetable and Flower Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

[0043] The organic matter content of the solar greenhouse soil is 3.12%, and the alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen is 146.3mg·kg -1 , available phosphorus 576.5mg·kg -1, available potassium 296.2mg·kg -1 .

[0044] The experiment was carried out in the solar greenhouse of the Vegetable and Flower Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The celery seeds were soaked and sterilized and then germinated at variable temperatures (20°C / 10°C, 12h / 12h). On July 15, seeds that germinated uniformly were selected and planted in 72-hole plug trays. The seedling raising substrates and fertilization methods of each treatment were the s...

Abstract

The invention relates to a celery seedling raising matrix and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of agricultural seedling raising technology. Raw materials of the celery seedling raising matrix comprise vegetable stubble compost product, turf and vermiculite in a volume ratio of 4-6: 2: 2-3, wherein the vegetable stubble refers to red pepper stubble, cucumber stubble and common head cabbage stubble; and the stubble refers to plants or plant tissues abandoned in fields after picking. The matrix is most suitable for raising celery seedlings, and the raised celery seedlings are superior to that raised by the conventional seedling raising matrix on the aspects of root system activity, leaf number, dry weight of complete seedlings and yield after field planting. The seedling raising matrix of the invention reduces the using amount of the turf, so the matrix is favorable for saving turf resources, fulfills the purposes of resource recycle of the vegetable stubble and reduction of environmental pollution, and has obvious economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural production, and in particular relates to a celery seedling raising substrate and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Celery is one of the vegetables with a large planting area in my country. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Agriculture, the planting area of celery in my country in 2006 was 574,100 ha 2 ("Chinese Vegetables", No. 1, 2008). Most of the celery production is based on seedling cultivation and transplanting. At present, peat and vermiculite composite matrix (2:1, v / v) is usually used for celery seedling cultivation ("Chinese Vegetables", No. 2, 1998), but peat is a non-renewable resource, and excessive exploitation will inevitably destroy the ecological environment. Especially in the wetland environment ("Journal of Yunnan Agricultural University", No. 2, 2007), the country has formulated relevant regulations to limit or prohibit the develo...
