This invention provides a method for preparing a complete-element organic water-soluble
fertilizer from
traditional Chinese medicine extracts, belonging to the field of
fertilizer technology. The raw materials for preparing the complete-element organic water-soluble
fertilizer, in addition to the
traditional Chinese medicine extract, include molasses
fermentation products,
macro-elements, micro-elements, adjuvants, and
ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA). The addition of the
traditional Chinese medicine extract enables the complete-element organic water-soluble fertilizer to achieve high quality and high yield when applied, resulting in higher
crop yields and stronger
disease resistance, overcoming the shortcomings of existing organic water-soluble fertilizers in terms of quality and yield. The traditional Chinese
medicine extract is the key
raw material, and its preparation involves extracting active ingredients from powders of
Erythrina variegata leaves,
Atractylodes macrocephala,
Cnidium monnieri, and
Centella asiatica. The preparation process incorporates
enzymatic hydrolysis using
cellulase and
pectinase. Furthermore, this invention adjusts the timing of the traditional Chinese
medicine additions and the extraction temperature to enhance the high-quality and high-yield effects.
