Abstract

The invention discloses a slow/controlled-release compound fertilizer suitable for field crops, which belongs to a mixed fertilizer capable of controlling the release rate of nutrient components. A preparation method for the compound fertilizer is characterized by comprising two key processes of melting granulation and tumbling coating, namely preparing internal slow-release compound fertilizer granules by melting granulation and then obtaining the slow/controlled-release compound fertilizer by irregular granule speed change and tumbling coating. The slow/controlled-release compound fertilizer comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 35 to 65 percent of urea, 9 to 36 percent of monoammonium phosphate or triple superphosphate, 8 to 40 percent of potassium chloride or potassium sulfate, 1 to 38 percent of granulation accessories, 3 to 5 percent of nano chitosan modified attapulgite and 1 to 2 percent of nano chitosan coating agent. The slow/controlled-release compound fertilizer suitable to be applied to the field crops can control the release rate of the fertilizer effect according to the requirements of different stages of crop growth for nutrients, duly and properly provides the nutrients for the growth of the crops, has high utilization rate, facilitates the degrading of a coating material, and is favorable for environmental protection.
