The device has the structures as follows: four light-weight conveyer belts with the same length and width are respectively winded on four scrolls with the same diameter; four scrolls are arranged on the same horizontal line shaped like a Chinese character kou; bevel gears with the same gear number are meshed with each other at 90 degrees; a driving scroll is connected with a reducer motor and is sequentially meshed with other three driven scrolls through the bevel gear; one end of the light-weight conveyer belt is retracted on the four scrolls and the other end is connected with a ray tube unit and an X-ray tube device; a cross beam and a rail are arranged close to a ceiling of a flaw detection chamber; crossbeam running gears are arranged at both ends of the crossbeam; and the rail is fixed on a wall through a bracket.
