Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, when conducting axial and bias tests on reinforced concrete columns or concrete-filled steel tube columns, due to the unevenness of the loading end or uneven local loading, it often happens that the local concrete at the end of the column is crushed before the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen is reached. The phenomenon of crushing leads to the failure of the entire test, which makes the test process aborted halfway, and the test results are not ideal, resulting in a waste of scientific research funds and time
In fact, in the process of building structure testing, it is very difficult or even impossible to ensure that the end of the specimen is absolutely flat and the loading is absolutely uniform.

Abstract

The invention provides a fastening piece for a compressed column test of a building structure, which relates to a protective device for axially compressing or bias compressing a specimen column end in a building structure test. The protective device comprises a steel plate and bolts, wherein a lug which is folded outward is arranged at the end part of the steel plate; a center drilling hole without screw threads is arranged at the center of the lug; a small hole with screw threads is arranged at the center of the steel plate; the center drilling hole is matched with a connecting bolt for use;and the small hole is matched with a fastening bolt for use. The protective device can solve the problems existing in the current building structure test to ensure that the loaded column end can not be damaged before a specimen reaches the ultimate bearing capacity. In the test of a concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) column, the protective device of the invention can also be used for avoiding the defect that the welding quality between a tube wall at the column end and a loaded plate is poor so that the column end is bent firstly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a test protection device, in particular to a protection device for the column end of an axially compressed or biased test piece in a building structure test. Background technique [0002] At present, when conducting axial and bias tests on reinforced concrete columns or concrete-filled steel tube columns, due to the unevenness of the loading end or uneven local loading, it often happens that the local concrete at the end of the column is crushed before the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen is reached. The phenomenon that crushing leads to the failure of the whole test makes the test process aborted halfway, and the test results are not ideal, thus causing a waste of scientific research funds and time. In fact, in the process of building structure testing, it is very difficult or even impossible to ensure that the end of the specimen is absolutely flat and the loading is absolutely uniform. Therefore, it is an urgent te...
