Embodiment 1

[0035] Such as Figure 1 ~ Figure 4 As shown, the ultrasonic guided wave probe array fixing device of this embodiment includes a mechanical part and a signal circuit part. Seat 5, the two side panels of the annular base 1 are A panel 6 and B panel 7 respectively, and the signal circuit part includes a type A coaxial cable connector 8 and a type B coaxial cable connector 9 .

[0036] Determine the variation range of the outer diameter of the detectable pipe fittings according to the detection requirements. The inner diameter of the annular base 1 needs to be larger than the outer diameter of the largest detectable pipe fitting. The larger the variation range of the outer diameter of the detectable pipe fittings, the longer the swing rod 4 , the poorer the portability; in this embodiment, the ultrasonic guided wave probe array fixing device can detect the outer diameter of the pipe fittings in the range of 70-150mm, the inner diameter of the circular base 1 is 160mm, and the len...

Abstract

The invention discloses an ultrasonic guided-wave probe array fixing device used for tube fitting detection. The ultrasonic guided-wave probe array fixing device comprises a mechanical part and a signal circuit part, wherein the mechanical part comprises a circular-ring-shaped base, a plurality of positioning bolts, a plurality of spiral telescopic components, a plurality of swing rods and a plurality of probe bases; the inner diameter of the circular-ring-shaped bases is larger than the outer diameter of a detected tube fitting; two side panels of the circular-ring-shaped bases are respectively a panel A and a panel B; the positioning bolts are mounted on the panel B; each spiral telescopic component penetrates through the panel B and the panel A in sequence and then is correspondingly connected with one end of each swinging rod to regulate the opening and the closing of the swinging rod, the other end of each swinging rod is correspondingly connected with each probe base; a structure consisting of the spiral telescopic component, the swinging rods and the probe bases is uniformly distributed on the circular-ring-shaped base. The ultrasonic guided-wave probe array fixing device used for tube fitting detection, disclosed by the invention, is simple in structure, quick and convenient to operate, and capable of adapting to detection needs of tube fittings with different outer diameters within a design range.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a fixing device for an array of ultrasonic guided wave probes, in particular to a fixing device for an array of ultrasonic guided wave probes used for pipe fitting detection, and belongs to the technical field of nondestructive testing. Background technique [0002] Tubes are an important component. Pipeline transportation is the fifth largest mode of transportation after road, railway, water transportation and air transportation, and plays an important role in the transportation of petroleum, chemical and natural gas. At the same time, in industrial or civil buildings or structures, pipe fittings are often an indispensable part. For key pipe fittings, non-destructive testing during their service is an important task to ensure their safe service. [0003] In the world, the pipeline non-destructive testing technology based on ultrasonic guided wave has been applied in engineering practice and achieved good benefits. Pipeline ...
