Problems solved by technology

But in fact, due to the influence of steric hindrance in the reaction, the requirements for synthesis are very harsh, so it is often not possible to obtain three amino acid derivatives that can be grafted at the same time, which affects self-assembly and obtains a gel with defects. It directly leads to changes in the physical properties of the entire gel system, such as optical properties, so the gel formed by this type of molecule is opaque
This feature limits its potential as a material for cell tissue culture

[0038] Preparation of transparent hydrogel 1

[0039]

[0040] 1. Dissolve 25 mg of the above gel molecules with 40 μl (1.9 M) of hydrochloric acid, and dilute to 250 μl with ultrapure water to obtain 10% solution 1. Then, 225 mg of sucrose was dissolved in the above solution to obtain a mixed solution containing 45% sucrose.

[0041] 2. Take 50μl of solution 1 and put it in a 2ml transparent tube or bottle.

[0042] 3. Then add 450 μl DMEM dropwise to the above-mentioned tube or bottle and shake it by hand. Finally, a mixed solution containing 1% of 1,4-cyclohexanediformyl organic molecules and 9% of sucrose was obtained.

[0043] 4. Stand still, the solution starts to form a gel after 5 minutes, and the whole solution can form a hard gel after 30 minutes.

Abstract

The invention relates to a 1,4-cyclohexane diformyl based preparation method of transparent hydrogel, belonging to the technical field of chemical materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a solution containing low molecular weight organic molecules of the 1, 4-cyclohexane diformyl; (2) selecting physiological saline or a buffer solution, or body fluids of animals and plants or human bodies, or a tissue culture solution mixture; (3) placing a part of the solution of the organic molecules of the 1,4-cyclohexane diformyl prepared in the step (1) into a container, then adding nine parts of the physiological saline or the buffer solution, the body fluids of the animals and plants, the human bodies, the tissue culture solution mixture which is selected in the step (2) to the container, shaking to mix the solution by utilizing a burette or a hand, and finally stranding for 5-30 minutes so as to obtain the transparent hydrogel. The obtained transparent hydrogel has the advantages of easy preparation and operation, high productivity, easy post treatment and good biocompatibility, water-solubility, water absorbability and permeability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method in the technical field of chemical materials, in particular to a preparation method for transparent hydrogel based on 1,4-cyclohexanediformyl. Background technique [0002] Preparation of transparent hydrogel as a culture scaffold material for cell tissue culture research is a difficult problem in current research. At present, tissue engineering hydrogels are mainly divided into two categories: natural polymer hydrogels and synthetic polymer hydrogels. However, since natural biomaterials or polymer hydrogel materials are not easy to prepare transparent hydrogels, this greatly limits the influence of experiments due to opaque gels in cell tissue engineering research in the future. [0003] A literature search found: [0004] Chinese patent CN1125086 discloses a kind of improved O / W microemulsion polymerization method, using methacrylate monomers to prepare uniform and transparent polymer nanoscale physical...
