Embodiment Construction

[0012] The specific embodiment of the present invention is as figure 1 As shown, the target 1 to be tested radiates infrared information to all directions in the space, and several suitable test positions are selected in the test area to place multiple digital infrared cameras 4. The specifications of each digital infrared camera are the same, and the same infrared lens 3 is installed. The front is equipped with an optical narrow-band filter 2 to sense the radiant energy corresponding to a certain infrared wavelength in several directions of the target 1 to be measured, and its video output is connected to the computer 6 through the USB interface 5. In the software programming of the computer 6, the software based on OpenCV is adopted. Computer vision library 7 and OpenGL9 display technology.

Abstract

The invention provides a three-dimensional (3D) thermal imaging method based on OpenCV (open source computer vision library) and OpenGL (open graphics library), which is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) in computer software programming, reading camera data by virtue of a CvCam module in an OpenCV, and converting the camera data into a spectral intensity digital image data file; 2) by means of a CxCore module in the OpenCV and a CvMat class matrix, realizing spectral chromatography matrix iterative reconstruction operation to obtain a 3D emission coefficient and temperature distribution; and 3) calling coordinate points of a target space and temperature data reconstructed based on the OpenCV by the OpenGL to realize the final 3D thermal image display.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a three-dimensional thermal imaging method, in particular to a three-dimensional thermal imaging method based on OpenCV and OpenGL. Background technique [0002] Infrared thermal imaging technology is a technology that uses infrared detectors to convert invisible infrared radiation into visible images. An infrared camera is a device that converts infrared radiation into a visible image, and its expression is an infrared thermal image. The infrared thermal imaging camera obtains the two-dimensional radiation heat map of the object, and only calculates the temperature distribution on one surface, so the application is limited. At present, there is a huge demand for three-dimensional infrared thermal imaging technology in various sectors of aerospace, national defense and military, and industry. There is an urgent need for measurement methods and means of the infrared characteristics of the target space. [0003] This method ai...
