The optical network unit comprises a first receiving module, a first configuring module, a second receiving module, a second configuring module and a third configuring module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving management IP information which is delivered by an OLT (Optical Line Terminal), and the management IP information comprises a management IP as well as a route corresponding to the management IP and a VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network); the first configuring module is used for configuring the management IP and the route thereof according to a local IP management mode; the second receiving module is used for receiving narrow band IP information which is delivered by the OLT and an IP management mode, and the narrow band IP information comprises a narrow band IP as well as a route corresponding to the narrow band IP and a VLAN; the second configuring module is used for configuring the delivered narrow band IP and the route thereof according to the delivered IP management mode and the local IP management mode; and the third configuring module is used for configuring the delivered IP management mode to the local IP management mode.
