Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a broadband service quality monitoring method, a network failure positioning method, a network failure positioning system and associated equipment, which can accurately analyze the reasons for the broadband service quality deterioration and timely find out failure points of a network. The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring broadband service data from a broadband access interface while providing a broadband service to a user; testing the broadband service or primarily analyzing the acquired broadband service data to obtain service quality data of the broadband service; and uploading the service quality data of the broadband service to a monitoring centre so that the monitoring centre positions the failure points. In the invention, flow does not need to be injected into the network additionally, so that the use of the broadband service by the user is not affected and network burden is also lightened; on the other hand, the real-time tests can accurately reflect the using experience of the user and the service quality of the broadband service and provides reliable data basis for analyzing the reasons for the broadband service quality deterioration and optimizing the network.
