The invention discloses a vertical self-priming centrifugal pump self-supply water-cooling mechanical sealing structure, comprising a pump shaft seal, a pressurized-water component and a connecting pipe. The pump shaft seal is arranged above an impeller, the pressurized-water component is arranged below the impeller, the pump shaft seal and the pressurized-water component are interlocked by a transmission shaft. A shell in the pressurized-water component is a water-storage container with a bottom, the shell is internally provided with an inner ring and an outer ring in clearance fit with each other; the outer wall of the inner ring and the inner wall of the outer ring are provided with multi-head rectangular threads with the same dimension and opposite direction of turning; and the rotary inner ring and the relatively static outer ring form a pump structure. The inner ring is internally provided with a bushing served as a support in clearance fit; the bushing is matched with a built-in core shaft key, and the bottom end face of the core shaft key is connected with the shell. The two ends of the connecting pipe are respectively with a water outlet of the pressurized-water component and a water inlet of the pump shaft seal. When the pump is restarted, as the shell naturally stores water, the pressurized-water component rotating with the pump shaft outputs the stored water at first time for water-cooling of the pump shaft seal so as to avoid dry friction of a rubbing pair and greatly improve service life of a mechanical seal.
