Embodiment Construction

[0015] The process cartridge for a laser printer of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0016] see image 3 , 4 , 5, and 6 respectively show a perspective view and a cross-sectional view of the waste toner blade of the process cartridge for a laser printer of the present invention and a schematic diagram of the basic structure of the process cartridge.

[0017] The main components of the process cartridge for a laser printer of the present invention are a photosensitive drum 201 , a charging roller 202 , a developing roller 205 and a waste toner blade 210 . The functions of the photosensitive drum 201, the charging roller 202 and the developing roller 205 are the same as those described in the Background Art section herein. The task of the waste toner blade 210 is to use it to remove toner remaining on the surface of the photosensitive drum 201 after the image forming operation is completed.

Abstract

The invention discloses a processing box for a laser printer. The processing box comprises a photosensitive drum and a waste powder scraping blade for removing the residual carbon powder from the surface of the photosensitive drum. The waste powder scraping blade comprises an elastic film and a knife rest which are fixedly stuck with each other. Pressed contact is kept between the outer edge of the elastic film and the cylindrical surface of the photosensitive drum. An angle of more than 180 degrees is formed between the plane of the elastic film and the upstream line segment, which corresponds to the rotation direction of the photosensitive drum, of the tangent at the contact point. The sticking plane between the elastic film and the knife rest is parallel to the plane of the elastic film and positioned on one side of the knife rest towards the downstream of the rotation direction of the photosensitive drum. The processing box can effectively maintain the working performance of the waste powder scraping blade so as to remove the residual carbon powder on the surface of the photosensitive drum.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a process box for a laser printer, especially a process box comprising a photosensitive drum, a waste toner scraper for removing residual toner on the surface of the photosensitive drum, a charging roller and a developing roller. Background technique [0002] see figure 1 , shows the basic imaging process of a laser printer with a process cartridge as its basic core. The surface of the photosensitive drum 101 is uniformly charged by the charging roller 102 . The laser scanner 103 emits a modulated laser beam 104 containing image information to the photosensitive drum 101. After being irradiated by the laser beam 104, a static charge distribution map with a difference in distribution is formed on the surface of the photosensitive drum 101, that is, the image corresponding to the image to be copied. electrostatic latent image. Afterwards, the toner 106 transmitted through the developing roller 105 is in turn adsorbed on the cy...
