Abstract

The invention discloses a wire twisting device of a three-dimensional forming machine for steel bars. The wire twisting device is arranged in the front of a bending mechanism in plane bending equipment. The wire twisting device comprises a clamping mechanism and a twisting mechanism which are respectively fixed on a stand, wherein the steel bars penetrate through the clamping mechanism and the twisting mechanism; the clamping mechanism is a clamping device for clamping the steel bars; and the twisting mechanism comprises a clamping device for clamping the steel bars and a rotating device for rotating the steel bars in situ. The invention has the beneficial effect that the plane bending equipment is used for rotating steel bar stirrups bent in a plane in situ, i.e. the stirrups bent in theplane are twisted to the position forming a set angle with the position of the original plane, and then, the stirrups form a three-dimensional state with subsequent steel bars in the shape of a planeof bending. The invention has the advantages of simple structure and low manufacturing cost. The device of the invention only needs to be additionally arranged in the plane bending equipment to enable the steel bars to be twisted into the set angle, thereby realizing the purpose of producing three-dimensional steel bars by using automated equipment, and further meeting the requirements in building.
