The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the prometryn and the solvent according to the mass ratio; mixing and stirring the fluazifop-butyl and the solvent; mixing and stirring the mixtures; adding the emulsifier together with the synergist to a reaction kettle to be stirred for 10-15min; then adding the balance solvent and stirring the mixture for 20-30min; and then carrying out standing, filtering, filling and sampling analysis, thus obtaining the finished product.
