The method comprises the following steps: setting one or more trigger conditions in advance; tracking, distinguishing and locking hundreds of moving targets in a monitoring area; when video stream obtained by SD detection meets a capturing condition, triggering an HD mode conversion interface provided by hardware, capturing, transmitting and storing the image; and after HD capturing, triggering the hardware mode conversion interface once again by the software, converting the HD camera into the SD mode, and continuing to acquire and transmit the image in real time.
