Problems solved by technology

However, every time a digital camera focuses, the digital camera still needs to re-focus.
In this way, the focusing time and power consumption of the digital camera will be affected.

Embodiment Construction

[0035] The digital camera of the present invention quickly adjusts the focus focal length to the target focal length of the subject during the auto focusing stage. When the interval between the system time of the previous focus and the system time of the current focus is less than the focus threshold, the digital camera will further judge whether it is necessary to readjust the lens arrangement of the lens group. Please refer to figure 2 As shown, it is a flow chart of the operation of a fast focusing program of the present invention. The following steps are included in the quick focus procedure:

[0036] Step 100: Load the system time and reference focal length of the previous focus, and define the system time as the first time (T1);

[0037] Step 200: Retrieve the system time before focusing this time, and define it as the second time (T2);

[0038] Step 300: When the difference (T2-T1) obtained by subtracting the first time from the second time is greater than the focus...

Abstract

The invention discloses a quick focusing method for a digital camera, which is used for judging whether the digital camera needs to be focused again or not in an autofocusing phase. The quick focusing method comprises the following steps of: recording system time (defined as first time (T1)) after the camera is focused last time; capturing system time (defined as second time (T2)) before the camera is focused currently; when a difference value deltaT obtained by subtracting the first time T1 from the second time T2 is more than a threshold value of focusing time, running a fuzzy detection program to acquire a clear value; when the clear value is between a lower-limit focusing threshold value and an upper-limit focusing threshold value, setting a focusing focal length interval covering a reference focal length; capturing corresponding images in different focusing focal lengths respectively in the focusing focal length interval; calculating a reduced value of each image; and calculating a target focal length from the reduced value by a quadratic curve approximation method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses a focusing method, in particular to a focusing method in which a digital camera decides to adjust the focusing focal length during the automatic focusing stage. Background technique [0002] When a user uses a digital camera to take a photo, it is often divided into several stages. The first is to turn on the digital camera, at this time the digital camera enters the so-called live view stage. The second is that the user half-presses the shutter after aiming at the object to be photographed, and at the same time the digital camera enters the auto-focus stage. The third is that the user fully presses the shutter, and at this time the digital camera enters the shooting phase (Shooting) and captures corresponding image frames. [0003] The auto-focus stage refers to the focus stage before the subject is focused and shooting is not pressed. To put it simply, it is the action process of focusing on the subject when the digital cam...
