Abstract

The invention relates to a pull-out technology of a temporary steel casing of a steel pipe column, in particular to a technology for recycling a steel casing in top-down construction of a middle pile and a middle column. The technology is characterized in that factors such as pore-forming detection, steel casing segmentation, steel pipe column pouring and the like are analyzed and solved during the whole construction process of the middle pile and the middle column so as to achieve the purposes of smoothly pulling out the steel casing and recycling the steel casing. The technology comprises the following steps: the steel casing is installed in place by utilizing a 20-ton truck crane; a power system and an operating system are installed and debugged after an orifice execution system is assembled; four 200-ton lifting jacks are symmetrically arranged and operate at the same time so that the steel casing is ejected out of the ground around 4-5 meters; when the steel casing is slightly stressed so that the steel casing can be directly pulled out by the crane, ejection equipment is removed; and finally the steel casing is pulled out by a 300-ton crane. The pull-out technology provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, fast pull-out speed and good economic effect, and is easily for operation.
