The structure is a pure frame structure building formed through connecting a dismantling-free prefabricated reinforced concrete rectangular column formwork, a beam formwork and a floor system formwork with each other by using cast-in-place concrete, or a frame-shear wall structure building formed through connecting a dismantling-free rectangular column formwork,a beam formwork, a floor system formwork and a wall formwork with each other by using cast-in-place concrete; longitudinal and transverse through holes in parallel with the surface are arranged in each formwork; one building unit of a cast-in-place concrete frame-shear wall structure is formed by alternatively arranging reinforcing steels and filling concrete in the crossed through holes; and a multistoried or high-rise cast-in-place concrete frame-shear wall structure building is formed by one building unit or more building units which are combined.
