Abstract

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing coated convex reflectors for mobile telephone auto heterodyne. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) heating an optical transparent plastic sheet to 80 to 100 DEG C, and performing hot-forming by using a mould to obtain a plurality of convex reflector matrixes with crescent sections; 2 spraying hardening liquid on the surface of the sheet which is subjected to hot-pressing, and curing; 3) coating aluminum films on the concave sides of the convex reflector matrixes of the sheet on which the hardening liquid is sprayed, and coating protective coatings on the aluminum films; 4) printing ink on the aluminum films of the convex reflector matrixes by a screen-printing method to shield the aluminum films on the convex reflector matrixes; 5) drying sheet on which ink is printed, wherein a plurality of coated convex reflectors are formed on the dried sheet; and 6) dividing the plurality of coated convex reflectors on the sheet into discrete components, wherein after being subjected to die cutting and gum application, the discrete components can be used for the assembly of a mobile phone. In the method, the aluminum films are coated on the concave sides of the reflectors to effectively prevent the reflectors from being worn and prolong the service life of the reflectors.
