The invention relates to an X-ray pinch diode provided with a centering structure, which comprises a vacuum transmission line inner cylinder, a vacuum transmission line outer cylinder, a connecting and supporting ring, a ball head, an anode bar, a cathode disc and an insulating stack, wherein the vacuum transmission line inner cylinder is a stainless steel cylinder and divided into an upstream section and a downstream section, the upstream section and the downstream section are connected through an inner cylinder transition section, an O-shaped seal ring and a fastening screw, the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are connected only by the inner cylinder-outer cylinder connection part, the anode bar of the diode is plugged into a graphite support rod to form a cantilever support structure, and centering screws which can be used for positioning the cathode disc is arranged outside the cathode disc, and positioning screw stems which can adjust a lever through pitch adjustment are uniformly distributed at an outer end.
