The adopted technical scheme is as follows: screen display parameters are adjusted according to a video signal source and a surrounding light environment: an optical sensing system acquires an optical signal in the environment in which the screen display equipment is located according to a certain time frequency and then transmits the signal to a threshold judgment unit in real time; the threshold judgment unit calculates the difference between ambient light parameters before and after two-time optical signal acquisition and compares the difference with a preset threshold; if the selected parameter exceeds the preset threshold, the display signal sent by the screen display signal source is processed so that a display terminal works to display the brightness, contrast ratio, color, saturation degree and font size of screen information which is adjusted in real time so as to reduce and even eliminate the influence on visual identification caused by the change of ambient light; and if the difference between the optical signal parameters is less than the preset threshold, the original screen display signal is not processed.
