The first clamping member comprises a bearing and supporting shaft fixed on the rotating shaft of the automatic coiling machine; one end of the bearing and supporting shaft away from the rotating shaft of the automatic coiling machine comprises a magnetic conducting part. The second clamping member is provided with a fixing hole for sleeving the bearing and supporting shaft and a magnetic member which is arranged in the fixing hole and can move along the depth direction of the fixing hole.
