The limiting pins are in fit with the positioning pins and the check pins by rotation of the operation shaft, and an operation sequence of the whole operating mechanism is fixed by a structure according to corresponding sequences of the operation holes and the three closing / opening main shafts; and when performing closing / opening operation, a user can perform the closing operation and the opening operation according to the operation sequence which is fixed by the structure of the operation mechanism.
