The taxus polysaccharide is a natural substance extracted from branches of taxus; when the taxus polysaccharide is used as the immunologic adjuvant, applicable experiment results are obtained, and the taxus polysaccharide has high safety and small side effect. The influenza vaccine containing the taxus polysaccharide immunologic adjuvant is easy and convenient to prepare, the quality of the vaccine is easy to control, the immunogenicity of the vaccine can be better improved, and the dosage of antigen of the vaccine is greatly reduced; experiments prove that the dosage ofthe antigen of the vaccine, which takes the taxus polysaccharide as the adjuvant, is only half or lower than half of the dosage of the antigen of the vaccine, which takes aluminum hydroxide as the adjuvant, but the immune protective effect is the same.
