Compared with the conventional cold water embedding method of the tissue paraffin section, the method disclosed by the invention is simple, fast, environment-friendly and practical; the paper embedding frame can be recycled; cold water is not required, and phenomenon such as the formation of a hollow because water enters the paraffin block is avoided; and the quality of the section is guaranteed.
