By utilizing the injection preparation, the problems that the pranlukast has low solubility and the bioavailability of a traditional oral preparation is low are effectively and thoroughly solved; the concentration of the pranlukast in the injection preparation can reach 1%; and therefore, the drug dosage can be greatly decreased, the preparation is convenient to prepare and the drug cost is reduced.
