Abstract

The system comprises at least one wireless data collection terminal and an access point network (APN) transmission network, wherein the wireless data collection terminals are connected with the power distribution terminal one by on and used for collecting electric power information of grid primary equipment in the corresponding power distribution terminal, and transmitting the collected electric power information to a mobile communication network through a preset communication protocol, or transmitting command data received through the mobile communication network to the corresponding powder distribution terminal; and the APN transmission network is used for receiving the electric power information which is transmitted to the mobile communication network from each wireless data collection terminal according to the preset communication protocol and transmitting the electric powder information to the master station system or forwarding the command data transmitted by the master station system to the corresponding wireless data collection terminal through the mobile communication network.
