Problems solved by technology

However, Patent Document 2 discloses neither a cyclohexylamine derivative having a phenylthio group nor a phenyl group-containing cyclohexylamine derivative having only one amine structure bonded to a cyclohexyl ring.
Moreover, there are not many known compounds that have a high affinity for the Sigma receptor and can promote the regeneration and maturation of central nervous cells

Abstract

Disclosed is a novel cyclohexylamine derivative containing a phenyl group, which is useful as a novel sigma receptor ligand. Also disclosed is a therapeutic agent for diseases accompanied by central nervous system disorders, which comprises the compound as an active ingredient. The therapeutic agent comprises a compound represented by general formula [1] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. In the formula, X and Y independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a trihalomethyl group, a dihalomethyl group, a monohalomethyl group, a methoxy group, a hydroxyl group, or an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms; R1, R2, R3 and R4 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an alkoxyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, or an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms; R5 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or an alkylene group which has 2 to 4 carbon atoms and can bind to a carbon atom other than carbon atoms that bind to a nitrogen atom on the cyclohexyl ring to form a ring; n represents an integer of 1 to 5; and Z represents a sulfur atom, a carbon atom, or an oxygen atom.

Description

Phenyl-containing cyclohexylamine derivatives and therapeutic agents for diseases accompanied by central nervous disorders technical field The present invention relates to a novel phenyl-containing cyclohexylamine derivative useful as a novel sigma receptor ligand, and a therapeutic agent for diseases accompanied by central nervous disorders using the compound as an active ingredient. Specifically, it relates to a novel phenyl-containing The cyclohexylamine derivative of the present invention, the pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing the above-mentioned symptoms using the compound as an active ingredient, and the method for treating or preventing diseases accompanied by central nervous disorders by using the active ingredient. Background technique Sigma receptor ligands are known to exert various physiological functions by acting on Sigma receptors present in central nervous cells and the like. Currently, there are two subtypes of Sigma receptors, and it i...
