Embodiment approach

[0049] Implementation method: Weigh 5–10 grams of PVC resin standard samples into 6 volumetric flasks, add a mixed solution of N,N-dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide at a ratio of 1:1–1:2, and shake Make it fully wet, then add N,N-dimethylformamide, at 70–90 oHeat it in a water bath to dissolve it; weigh 1.5–2.5 grams of PVC resin solution in a digestion tank, blow it with nitrogen until the sample volume is less than 0.5 grams, and make 3 to 4 parallel samples for each cup of sample; add 10 mL of superior pure nitric acid to the digestion tank After the digestion was completed, let the system cool down to room temperature naturally, open the digestion tank, let the nitrogen dioxide volatilize completely, transfer the digestion solution to a 25 mL volumetric flask, and use an ultra- Dilute to volume with pure water and mix well. Then, according to the working conditions listed in Table 1, the determination was carried out on the atomic fluorescence spectrometer, and the...

Abstract

The invention discloses a detection method of total mercury content in PVC resin by using calcium carbide process, comprising the following steps: (1) weighing 5-10g of PVC resin sample, adding a solution containing N,N-dimethyl formamide and dimethyl sulphoxide with the weight ratio of N,N-dimethyl formamide to dimethyl sulphoxide of 1:1-1:2, shaking to ensure sufficient wetting of the mixture, then adding N,N-dimethyl formamide, heating in water bath at a temperature of 70-90 DEG C to dissolve; (2) weighing 1.5-2.5g of the PVC resin solution and putting the solution in a digestion tank, blowing nitrogen gas until quantity of the sample less than 0.5g; (3) adding 10ml of superior grade pure nitric acid, sealing and then carrying out microwave assisted digestion, simultaneously carrying out a blank experiment; (4) after digestion, cooling the system to room temperature naturally, opening the digestion tank to let nitrogen dioxide to naturally evaporate, then transferring the digestivesolution to a 25mL volumetric flask, adding ultrapure water in the digestive solution to the scale for dilution, mixing uniformly; (5) preparing a mercury series of standard solutions; and (6) simultaneously detecting the fluorescence intensity of mercury of the test solution and the mercury series of standard solutions on an atom fluophotometer, checking out the mercury concentration of the testsolution from the standard curve, and calculating and analyzing the result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection method, in particular to a detection method for total mercury content in PVC resin. [0002] The invention relates to a detection method for total mercury content in PVC resin, specifically refers to firstly dissolving PVC resin with an organic solvent, then desolventizing it with nitrogen gas, then carrying out microwave digestion, and finally carrying out quantitative detection by an atomic fluorescence photometer. The problem of uneven distribution of mercury in PVC resin by calcium carbide method, the analysis results are more representative, and it is suitable for the detection of total mercury content in PVC resin produced by calcium carbide method. Background technique [0003] PVC resin is one of the most versatile general-purpose plastics. In the chemical industry, PVC is widely used to manufacture pipes, storage tanks, reactors, etc.; in the construction industry, PVC is used to manufacture wallpaper,...
