The invention provides a configurable intelligent process control system and an implementation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of process control. The system comprises a primary data collection module, an indicator variable calculation module, a neural network algorithm module and a characteristic parameter extraction module. The method for implementing the system comprises: (1) a user inputs a process algorithm to enable the system to study automatically; (2) the system collects the primary data of equipment to be controlled; (3) characteristics parameters are extracted from the primary data; (4) the characteristics parameters are analyzed and controlled by virtue of a neural network algorithm; (5) a control indicator variable value of the characteristic parameters is acquired; and (6) the system controls the equipment according to the indicator variable value to achieve the final target. By virtue of the system and the implementation method thereof, the automatic studying of the system has partial artificial intelligence in a constant process engineer inputting mode, and the control of the system on the process can be optimized gradually and tends to be intelligent.
