Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: selecting a polypropylene film and single-layer paper; sizing two surfaces of the polypropylene film; clamping the polypropylene film between the upper single-layer paper and the lower single-layer paper; compounding the upper single-layer paper and the lower single-layer paper by adopting an upper and lower double-roller squeezing mode, drying the rear section by hot air and reeling to keep the paper neat and flat and avoid turnup edges; and squeezing a compounding region by the upper and lower rollers and controlling pressure of a pressing region to be 100 to 120 kN / m, wherein the drying curve temperature of the rear section is 150 to 180 DEG C and water content of a drying region is controlled to be 9 to 15 percent of the total mass, so that the packing paper product made by compounding the upper single-layer paper, the lower single-layer paper and the polypropylene film clamped between the upper single-layer paper and the lower single-layer paper is obtained.
