The rotary buffer comprises an assembly lug plate 1 and an assembly lug plate 2 which are arranged on a gantry, wherein a limiting plate is arranged on the lower edge of the assembly lug plate 1; the limit switch is arranged in the limiting plate; the assembly lug plate 1 is hinged with the buffer; a pressure spring and a guide sleeve are arranged inside the buffer; the port of the guide sleeve of the buffer is provided with a buffer ejector rob; the outer end of the buffer ejector rob is connected with the pressure head of the buffer ejector rob; a limiting edge is formed on the lower surface of the buffer close to a pin shaft and is provided with a pressing plate; a buffer fulcrum pressing plate is arranged on an arm support corresponding to the pressure head of the buffer ejector rob; the assembly lug plate 2 is hinged with a repositor; a pressure spring 2 is arranged inside a guide sleeve 2; pressing rods are arranged at both ports of the guide sleeve 2; and the outer ends of the pressing rods are hinged with the buffer.
